Introduction:
If you want to use multiple linear actuators to raise and lower an equipment, for example two, three or four electric actuators. Since the high-speed DC motors in electric actuators cannot run at exactly the same speed, so the movement speed of the electric actuator will also be different. When multiple electric actuators work at the same time, their actual speeds cannot be exactly the same. In this case, we can use a synchronous controller to operate multiple linear actuators to rise or fall synchronously. They work completely in sync without any difference.

Working principle:
If you want to use a synchronization controller to operate 2, 3 or 4 linear actuators fully synchronously, you will need to purchase built-in Hall effect sensors for each linear actuator. And when you purchased Hall effect sensors along with linear actuators, we will install Hall effect sensors in the linear actuators during production for you.
When 2, 3 or 4 linear actuators are running together, Hall sensor will send Hall signals to the synchronization controller, and the controller will adjust the running speed of each linear actuator, so that all linear actuators run at the exact same speed.

Feature:
It can operate two electric linear actuators B to run completely synchronously.
Wired control via a control handle.
Wireless control via a remote.
Two selectable control modes: Interlocking mode or Momentary Mode.
Two function buttons: Up Down.
With overcurrent protection switch, this switch should be set in the 1 position.
With limit control terminals: You can connect an external limit switch to stop the linear actuators.
With reset button.

Rated current: 20A at 12V or 10A at 24V
Two selectable control modes: Interlocking mode or Momentary mode.
Operating Temperature: -20°C ~ +70°C
Case size: 145 x 90 x 40 mm (5.7 x 3.6 x 1.6 inches)

Connection:
1) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to terminal <+> of the controller, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to terminal <–> of the controller.
2) Plug two linear actuators to the controller.
3) Plug the control handle to the controller.

How to set the control mode:
The controller has two selectable control modes, interlocking mode and momentary mode. You can switch the control modes as follows:
Simultaneously press and hold the reset button on the controller and the button UP on the control handle or remote control for 8-9 seconds.

Operation in different control modes:

1. Interlocking control Mode:
1.1 Operation via the control handle:

1) Press the UP button of the control handle, two linear actuators extend outward at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.
2) Press the DOWN button of the control handle, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.

1.2 Operation via the remote control:
1) Press the button ▲ of the remote control, two linear actuators extend out at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.
2) Press the button ▼ of the remote control, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop two linear actuators at the same time.

2. Momentary Control Mode:
2.1 Operation via the control handle:

1) Press and hold the UP button of the control handle, two linear actuators extend outward at the same time; Release the button, two linear actuators stop at the same time.
2) Press and hold the DOWN button of the control handle, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time; Release the button, two linear actuators stop at the same time.

2.2 Operation via the remote control:
1) Press and hold the button ▲ of the remote control, two linear actuators extend out at the same time; Release the button, two linear actuators stop at the same time.
2) Press and hold the button ▼ of the remote control, two linear actuators retract inward at the same time; Release the button, two linear actuators stop at the same time.

Limit control terminals:
The controller has limit control terminals, and you can connect an external limit switch (with normally open contact) to limit terminals, then use it to stop two linear actuators.
For example, you can connect a normally open limit switch to terminals <UP> and <GND>, and connect another normally open limit switch to terminals <DOWN> and <GND>.
When two linear actuators extend outward, if the limit switch is triggered, it will connect two terminals <UP> and <GND>, then two linear actuators will stop automatically.
When two linear actuators inward retract, if the limit switch is triggered, it will connect two terminals <DOWN> and <GND>, then two linear actuators will stop automatically.

Reset Function:
When this system has been running for a long time, or after frequenting momentary operation of two linear actuators, they may no longer be fully synchronized. At this time, the green LED of the controller will flash, and the controller will stop working, then you need to use the reset button to reset the controller.
The operations are as follows:
Press and hold the buttons UP and DOWN on the control handle at the same time for 7-8 seconds, then release the buttons and the system will start to reset: two linear actuators will be fully retracted from their current position, then stretch outward a little, and finally fully retracted again.

How to pair the transmitter to the controller:
Notice: We have paired the transmitter to the controller before leaving the factory.
1) Press the learning button on the controller once, signal LED on the receiver board turns on, this indicates that the controller enters the learning status.
2) Press any one button on the transmitter, if signal LED on the receiver board goes off, this indicates that the pairing is successful.
3) The controller can learn several transmitters with different codes.

How to delete all transmitters codes stored in the controller:
We have paired the transmitter to the controller, if you don’t want the controller to work with the transmitter, you can delete all transmitters codes stored in the controller.
Operation: Press and hold the learning button in the controller for 8-9 seconds, signal LED on the receiver board first comes on, and then goes off, then release the learning button, this indicates that all stored codes have been deleted successfully.
