1 x Transmitter: CV-6-2
1 x User manual
Application:
This receiver is a wireless controller for DC motors or linear actuators, it and the transmitter form a wireless transmitter receiver system. If you connect two DC motors to this receiver, you can operate each motor to rotate in positive or reversal direction by the remote control. If you connect two DC linear actuators to this receiver, you can operate each linear actuator to extend or retract by the remote control. You can also adjust the speed of each DC motor or linear actuator by two knobs on the receiver.
Features:
Wireless control, easy to install.
Suitable for DC motor or linear actuator.
Two operating voltage versions: DC 12V or 24V optional.
Two working modes.
High Power: Each channel can work at maximum current 30A.
You can operate two motors to rotate in positive or reversal direction by the transmitter.
You can operate two linear actuators to extend or retract by the transmitter.
You can adjust the speed of each DC motor or linear actuator by two knobs on the receiver.
The transmitter / remote can control the receiver from any place within a reliable working distance.
The wireless RF signal from the transmitter can pass through walls, floors, doors or windows, but it will lose some operating range.
The receiver has reverse power protection and over current protection built in.
The receiver only works with the selected transmitter which is matched to the receiver.
One or more transmitters / remotes can control one or several receivers simultaneously.
Two or more receivers may be used in the same area.

Modulation Mode: ASK
Operating Temperature: -20 ° C to +70 ° C
Unit Size: 110mm x 50mm x 18mm
Matching Transmitters:
This receiver can work with different transmitters, such as model CV-6-2 (500 Meter / 1500 feet), or CB-6 (1000 Meter / 3000 feet).
Working Range:
This receiver and different transmitters form a complete set, which can achieve different working distances. For example, when it and the transmitter CV-6-2 form a complete set, the maximum working distance may reach 500 meters in an open area. When it and the transmitter CB-6 form a complete set, the maximum working distance may reach 1000 meters in an open area.
The maximum working distance is based on theoretical data without obstacles and any RF interference. In practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls, or other construction, and will be interfered with by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum distance.
The receiver equipped with an external antenna has a larger working range than the receiver equipped with an internal antenna.
Usage:
The receiver can be used to control two DC 12V / 24V motors or linear actuators. If the power supply of those equipment is DC 12V, you should choose the receiver with same DC 12V version; and if the power supply of those equipment is DC 24V, you should choose the receiver with same DC 24V version.
Wiring:
If you want to control two 12V / 24V motors or linear actuators, do as following:
1) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to terminal <+> of Input, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to terminal <-> of Input.
2) Connect two wires of a motor or linear actuator to terminals <A1> and <A2>, connect two wires of another motor or linear actuator to terminals <B1> and <B2>. You can exchange these two wires to change the rotating direction of motor or the moving direction of linear actuator.
Setting different working modes:
We have set the receiver in Interlocking mode before leaving the factory, if you require momentary mode, please follow the following steps.
1) Setting Interlocking mode: Do not short any pins.
The operation by the transmitter, such as CV-6-2:
Press the left button ▲ on the transmitter: Motor 1 rotates in positive direction, or linear actuator 1 extends outward.
Press the left button ▼ on the transmitter: Motor 1 rotates in reversal direction, or linear actuator 1 retracts inward.
Press the left button ■ on the transmitter: Motor 1 or linear actuator 1 stops.
Press the right button ▲ on the transmitter: Motor 2 rotates in positive direction, or linear actuator 2 extends outward.
Press the right button ▼ on the transmitter: Motor 2 rotates in reversal direction, or linear actuator 2 retracts inward.
Press the right button ■ on the transmitter: Motor 2 or linear actuator 2 stops.
Notice: If you want to change the moving direction of the motor or linear actuator, you should first stop it, then operate it to run in the other direction.
2) Setting Momentary mode: Short two pins at the CN1 location.
The operation by the transmitter, such as CV-6-2:
Press and hold the left button ▲ on the transmitter: Motor 1 rotates in positive direction, or linear actuator 1 extends outward.
Release the left button ▲: Motor 1 or linear actuator 1 stops.
Press and hold the left button ▼ on the transmitter: Motor 1 rotates in reversal direction, or linear actuator 1 retracts inward.
Release the left button ▼: Motor 1 or linear actuator 1 stops.
Press and hold the right button ▲ on the transmitter: Motor 2 rotates in positive direction, or linear actuator 2 extends outward.
Release the right button ▲: Motor 2 or linear actuator 2 stops.
Press and hold the right button ▼ on the transmitter: Motor 2 rotates in reversal direction, or linear actuator 2 retracts inward.
Release the right button ▼: Motor 2 or linear actuator 2 stops.
How to adjust the speed of two motors or linear actuators by the knobs:
Turn the knob clockwise, the speed will speed up.
Turn the knob anticlockwise, the speed will slow down.
The knob 1 controls motor 1 or linear actuator 1; The knob 2 controls motor 2 or linear actuator 2.
