Here is a video about how to use this valve electric switch with a wireless switch to open or close a valve.
How to manually operate the valve electrical switch

Package Include:
1 x Ball valve electric switch (The ball valve is not included)
1 x Mounting bracket
1 x Receiver: S1FU-DC12
1 x Transmitter: C-2-2
1 x User manual

Application:
This is a wireless remote control ball valve electric switch, you can use it to open or close the ball valve of liquefied gas, air, water or other gases or liquids by the remote control from a distant location.

Features:
Suitable for all kinds of ball valve.
The size of mounting bracket is selectable, such as 1/2", 3/4" or 1".
Easy installation, and do not need to change the original design of the pipeline.
With automatic / manual conversion.
You can turn on / off a ball valve with the remote control from any place within a reliable working distance.
Wireless RF signal from the transmitter can pass through walls, floors, doors or windows, but it will lose some operating range.
The receiver can only be triggered by paired transmitters.
One or more transmitters can control one or several receivers simultaneously.
Two or more receivers may be used in the same area.

Matching Transmitters:
This receiver can work with different transmitters. such as model C-2-2 (100M), CWB-2 (50M, waterproof), CV-2-2 (500M), or CB-2 (1000M) etc.

Working Range:
The receiver and the transmitter C-2-2 form a wireless remote control switch, the maximum working distance may reach 300 feet or 100 meters in an open area.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data, it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls or other construction, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum distance.
If you want to have a further working range, you can install an external antenna to the receiver, and you also can use a powerful transmitter, such as CB-2 transmitter.

Installation:
1) Install valve electric switch and fixed support to the ball valve.
2) Connect the positive pole of DC12V power supply to terminal + of receiver, and connect the negative pole of DC12V power supply to terminal - of receiver.
3) Connect two wires of the valve electric switch to two terminals B of receiver.
4) You can exchange these two wires to change the rotating direction of valve electric switch.

Operation:
Press and hold button ▲ of the transmitter: The valve electric switch rotates to open the ball valve.
Release button ▲: The valve electric switch stops.
Press and hold button ▼ of the transmitter: The valve electric switch rotates to close the ball valve.
Release button ▼: The valve electric switch stops.

Manual Function:
When pulling down the clutch of valve electric switch, you can manually turn on / off the valve switch.

Manual Operation:
When manually operating the valve switch, you must first pull down the clutch (pull ring) of the valve switch by hand, then turn the valve handle 90 degrees and go back and forth several times, and then release the pull ring. At this time, you need to first check whether the clutch has returned to its original position. If not, you need to gently turn the handle to let the clutch spring back to its original position. Or you also may pull down the pull ring again, and move the handle to change a position, and then try gently turn the handle to let the clutch spring back to its original position.

Note: Only after the clutch has returned to its original position, you can operate the valve switch again by the DC power or remote switch.

Here's a video about how to manually operate the valve electric switch in the event of a power outage.
