Wireless control of air conditioner by detecting the opening and closing of windows

Working Principle:
This wireless remote control system (model 0020524) consists of a remote control (CB-2N) and a receiver (S1PU-DC).

You can use this transmitter and the receiver to remotely control a device by the normally open contact of another device. Such as sensor automatic control system. You can connect a sensor to this transmitter and connect an AC or DC device to the receiver, then the device will automatically turn on or off through the sensor.

When the sensor is activated, the transmitter automatically emits a wireless signal ON. When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will activate its relay to turn on the device.

When the sensor is deactivated, the transmitter automatically emits a wireless signal OFF. When the receiver receives this wireless signal, it will activate its relay to turn off the device.

Transmitter Introduction:
The transmitter CB-2N is a special remote control with normally open contact trigger. It has 2 input lines for connecting a variety of devices with normally open contact output, such as warning host, cable detectors, various sensors, manual switches, limit switches, Programmable Logic Controllers and so on. These 2 input lines will trigger this transmitter.

Receiver Introduction:
The receiver S1PU-DC is an electric device with a dry relay output, it can be used to operate both DC and AC equipment. It output terminals are normally open / normally closed, which serves as a switch.

Application:
In this application, the NO sensor is connected to the window. The red and black wires of the transmitter are also connected to the NO sensor. And the control panel of the air conditioner is connected to the receiver.

This wireless remote control system can detect the opening and closing of a window through a normally open sensor, then it will trigger the transmitter. The transmitter sends a wireless signal to the receiver which has a dry contact output, this dry contact is connected to the control board of the air conditioner. The final receiver uses this control board to realize the on and off control of the air conditioner.

When the window is closed, the NO sensor is connected, the transmitter will be triggered and then it will send an RF signal ON to turn on the receiver. The receiver connect two contacts of air conditioner control panel, then air conditioner starts to work.

When the window is opened, the NO sensor is disconnected, the transmitter will be triggered and then it will send an RF signal OFF to turn off the receiver. The receiver disconnect two contacts of air conditioner control panel, then air conditioner stops working.

This wireless remote control system can also be used for synchronous wireless control of various home, industrial or agricultural equipment, such as wireless control of the warning host and the warning horn, wireless control of the lights, wireless synchronization control of the equipment and so on.

Test:
There are two test buttons on the transmitter that can be used to test whether the system is working properly.

Press button A on the transmitter, the transmitter will send an RF signal ON to turn on the receiver. Two dry contacts of the air conditioner control panel are connected, and the air conditioner starts to work.

Press button B on the transmitter, the transmitter will send an RF signal OFF to turn off the receiver. Two dry contacts of the air conditioner control panel are disconnected, and the air conditioner stops working.
